The Challenge
The MMG HR European Summit — themed 'The Art of Working Together: People, Culture, Connection' — brought together HR leaders and practitioners from across Europe for two days of keynotes, panels, and workshops in Limassol. The challenge was to capture the human energy of the event: the conversations, the connections, and the culture — not just the stage moments — in a way that would inspire future attendees and reflect the premium positioning of Memory Makers Group.
Our Solution
We used a documentary-style multi-camera approach, embedding with attendees throughout both days to capture candid networking moments alongside the main stage programming. Dedicated interview setups allowed us to record speaker and delegate testimonials. A same-day edit delivered highlight content for social channels while the event was still live.
The Result
A full event film, speaker and delegate interview series, 300+ edited photographs, and same-day social reels. The content was used across MMG's digital channels and as promotional material for the HR European Summit 2027.
